Recently, Kazakhstan’s largest fastener manufacturer placed an order with our company for 10 two-axis thread rolling machines to expand its production lines for construction-grade bolts.
The client previously utilized cutting-based machine tools, which yielded a daily output of only 30,000 units. Following the introduction of our thread rolling machines, the daily output per single unit has surged past 80,000, while the fatigue life of the threads has been extended threefold. “This serves as a prime example of how we act as a true partner to the fastener industry,” stated the project manager.
Tailored to the specific climatic conditions of the Central Asian steppes, this batch of two-axis thread rolling machines features enhanced dust-proofing designs; critical components are housed within sealed structures, extending the maintenance cycle to six months.
The equipment is scheduled to be shipped this month from Qingdao Port to Almaty, with an estimated transit time of 45 days. Our team of engineers will travel on-site to oversee the installation and commissioning (at the client’s expense) and will provide an operator control console featuring a Russian-language interface.
